Restaurant ratings are now no longer accessible, you can only see the overall star rating. After the introduction of the service fee the final reason to quit the app

Very poor experience. You pay for the service, but if something goes wrong they ask YOU to call the restaurant. What do they do, then? Better to just call the restaurant for yourself and make the order, saving the service fee and who knows how much more (because prices are higher than in the restaurant menus).

When there is a problem with the delivery, the only help received from Lieferando's team is to tell me to contact directly the restaurant and they wash their hands about the food not being received. Really bad support.
