Couples Wellness: Blisswell is a relationship app for two people who want to stay close on purpose — not by accident. You connect with your partner, and the app gives you something to talk about every single day.

Built by a licensed clinical psychologist who works with couples, and grounded in the research of the Gottman Institute, Emotionally Focused Therapy (Sue Johnson) and Imago therapy.


AN APP FOR TWO — NOT A JOURNAL

Most relationship apps are used alone. This one isn't. You and your partner both connect, and when one of you does something, the other gets a notification. You answer today's question — your partner knows. You send an appreciation — it lands on their phone. One subscription covers you both: when you go premium, your partner does too.


ONE QUESTION A DAY

A new relationship question every morning, plus a short communication tip you can use the same day. 80 questions in rotation, written to open a real conversation instead of small talk.


THE WEEKLY COUPLE RITUAL

Three questions a week. You both answer separately — and the answers stay locked until you've both replied. No peeking, no copying, no "I agree with what you said." Fifteen minutes, once a week.


60 CONVERSATION CARDS

Six decks, ten cards each: Appreciation, Good News, Curiosity, Our Story, Something New, Closeness. Swipe right when you've talked, left to pass — and passing never needs an explanation. Every card is written to be answerable, not to put anyone on the spot.


SHARED GOALS

One of you proposes a goal, the other approves it. It only becomes a shared goal when you both agree. Tick it off together when it's done.

Once a month you each reflect on eight dimensions of your relationship — separately, then together. It shows where you stand and where the gaps are.

A 9-CHAPTER JOURNEY

37 modules and 280 sessions across nine chapters: Know Each Other, Communication & Conflict, Emotional Bond, Sexuality & Desire, Managing Life Together, Before Marriage, Strength & Growth, Turning Points, and Keeping It Alive. Love languages, the Gottman 5:1 ratio, conflict repair, apology and forgiveness, trust after jealousy, physical intimacy. Therapy-informed content, at your own pace.


PRIVACY IS BUILT IN, NOT ADDED ON

Your private journal and individual reflections stay on your device and are never uploaded. Your partner cannot see which sessions you completed. Everything you do send is encrypted in transit and at rest. Nothing is public, there is no feed, and no stranger can find you — you connect only with an invite code you give to one person.
