YoldaDestek: Roadside Help

Need roadside assistance in Türkiye? Request towing or a battery jump-start, arrange a mobile car wash and prepare a digital accident report with YoldaDestek. Review service details and follow your request in one app.

TOWING
Choose your vehicle's location and destination. Add vehicle details, its condition and notes to help the service provider prepare. Review the route, applicable tolls and price summary before payment.

BATTERY JUMP-START
Request assistance at your location when your vehicle will not start. Share vehicle and safety details. If the vehicle or conditions are unsuitable, the app informs you before you proceed.

MOBILE CAR WASH
Choose a standard or detailed interior and exterior wash. Request a service now or book an available date and time. Add photos, information about dirt or pet hair, and special instructions. Upload a photo of the area where the wash will take place. The YoldaDestek team reviews the photo. If the area is unsuitable, the provider will not come to carry out the wash and you will not be charged. Availability depends on your location and providers' working schedules.

DIGITAL ACCIDENT REPORT
For accidents involving property damage, add incident, vehicle and driver details, photos and the accident scenario step by step. Invite the other party through a secure link, collect both parties' approvals and create a PDF of the completed report. This feature is free. Official submission and reporting responsibilities remain subject to the relevant authorities' current rules.

HOW TO REQUEST ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE OR A WASH
1. Sign in or continue as a guest.
2. Choose your location and service.

TRACKING AND COMMUNICATION
After your request is accepted, follow task status, estimated arrival and the provider's location during supported stages. Use in-app messages and notifications to stay in touch. Access past requests, agreements and support in the app.

SUPPORT ASSISTANT
Use the optional AI assistant for information about roadside assistance and using the app. Responses are generated with Google Gemini after you permit sharing. You can report inappropriate responses in the app.

PRIVACY AND YOUR ACCOUNT
Location, notification, camera and photo access depend on your permissions. Personal data is processed according to the published privacy notices. Request account deletion in the app or on the account deletion page.

Service availability depends on region, providers' online status, working hours and vehicle eligibility. Creating a request does not guarantee immediate matching. For medical, safety, fire or police emergencies, use official emergency assistance channels.
