Got an unlimited data plan. After 2 weeks, I lost internet. I wrote to them and they the issue was fixed. Service worked a week & failed again. I wrote and it was fixed. Renewed for another month, and after 3 days (literally), no internet again. I wrote, providing data, screenshots (apn settings, roaming, etc), & got no reply. I sent maybe 10 emails and they ghosted me. So I paid 30 days unlimited internet and was able to use it for 3. Terrible customer service, STAY CLEAR
