2024-10-03	Ja*****	This app is absolute garbage. It won't login me in or I get errors that the task I tried to do is unavailable. Makes paying bills & other banking tasks impossible 90% of the time.

2024-08-15	vi*****	The new app is so glitchy. Sometimes have to open and close 3 or 4x before it will do anything. Not my phone either as I've had 2 and it's the same on both. Really, really irritating. August 2024. Another new phone - still the same old problems. I hate the Good morning let's do this so you can enjoy your day & then nothing loads or it goes to a white screen or says "sorry this is taking longer than usual" every single morning!!!!

2022-08-12	Sh*****	Update: When I open the app it sits at a blank white screen for about 2 minutes before loading. This only happens the first time I open it that day - on subsequent opens it is quick. Can you fix? Love that I can take a pic of a cheque to deposit it, rather than having to go to a branch. Not having any of the connectivity issues that others are reporting - it has been stable and reliable for me.

2021-08-26	A *****	I'm getting less and less confident in using this App. Frequently I get error messages when trying to log in saying the service is unavailable even though they do inform you of downtimes and it's not that time, or when I hit the login button it doesn't connect. Also sometimes when I'm trying to pay a bill or transfer money to another account, after I select the account I want it will all of a sudden flash and reset the app. I frequently check for updates in case that's the issue.
