Cons

The app is non-functional and fails to load nearby locations or search functionality.
Requires full location permissions which makes it unusable without them and still doesn't deliver results.
The keyboard does not appear when input fields are active, preventing any opportunity for user login or input.

Recent reviews

Completely non-functional. Will not load nearby locations even with location allowed. A waste of storage space until updated and fixed. Shame. I love the facilities.

The app claimed there was no locations near me even though there is one a couple miles away from me. Wouldn't even allow me to search for locations. Deleted the app and reinstalled. Then the app could even open. Deleted a second time. The Y would be better off not having an app than this useless app.

I downloaded the app. It brought me to a map to search for the closest branch. No matter the input, nothing showed up on the map. I have 6 YMCA's near me. I couldn't move past this screen. Terrible experience. 0/10 do not recommend.
