- want to keep track of their progress and finally start working out on a regular basis

- want to and are able to set aside at least a few minutes a day to exercise without sacrificing their efficiency

- you can plan your workouts and track your progress

- 10 manually crafted workouts

- you can create your own workouts

- Fitness Forever stores data of daily exercise data and day to day workout progress so that we can use to improve your workout plan as per your strength.

- Fitness Forever has to access location for guide nearest gymnastic equipment shop and training centers. In future we also improve location based spoken training system.
