app and camera has been totally unusable the last couple of weeks, I had to buy another camera which I will be setting up tomorrow and saying goodbye to using kami/Yi products ever again. the frustration these apps and cameras have caused the last few weeks have been awful and i will never use any of your products again,after using and paying for subscriptions for the last 3 years. appalling app and service. never again.
