I am now held hostage. they lock up everything thus forcing me to pay for a subscription. So I bought the monthly subscription and half way into it, they charge me again. 4 times in 2 months. brought it to their attention and they promised to fix/merge all and give me a paid run for 3 months. then suddenly it shuts off. can't contact them by phone nor the support page because it does not work. it hangs. So they took my money but not giving me anything. And hides from me. You have been warned.
