It was glitching so I'm going to uninstall the app please delete all my info that I did get to successfully put in. When you better your app I will try and return and become a member then. Thank you for the opportunity.

2024-06-25	Yi*****	Invested $5000 in a main fund in the app. Says quarterly distribution. After years. No return yet and the portfolio value drops $1000. I think it's better to use fundraise app. Gives return every day, has better transparency. Recently I started withdrawal of my investment. I didn't receive money for about two weeks, turns out their bank service failed. And I couldn't chat or speak to support. Only email works and the support doesn't help well. Whole thing like a scam.

2024-02-25	Tr*****	My investment has lost money, I can't withdraw from the fund until Yieldstreet decides to offer a redemption period, and even then I'll have to pay an early redemption fee if invested less than 5 years. The app is slow. I just have nothing good to say about Yieldstreet.

The response was "we don't provide tax advice." 👌thanks for that. As with most alt investment companies, started bright and faded into poor service and poor investment opportunities. As jr partners on every deal the risk is 5x all other investors, you end up the first to lose. The risk vs return factor just doesn't work. Sad to say they missed it, it was an exciting concept.

The app gives false values for investments. They change with no rhyme or reason. Their customer service is awful. Sadly I had initial good experience in 2019-21 and invested a good amount in 21. It has gone horribly since. Stay away.

2022-12-25	Ka*****	Ugh, so I can't get past the identity verification process. After I upload my documents and submit the last photo of my ID it routes me back to the login page. Extremely frustrating, obviously to actually review the app I'd have to be able to log in to the app. Hopefully they fix soon.

But a couple of weeks ago, I clicked a link for redemption of Prism Fund, then every time I started the App, it stuck on that sign up screen and the log in button is gray even after entering email and password. Please fix it asap.
