YogaShield has trained thousands of first responders and military members on the benefits of consistent yoga practice, now you can take those drills with you anywhere. YogaShield Yoga For First Responders’ CyberAcademy is built upon the one of a kind protocol that trains first responders and military members how to process stress, build resilience and enhance their performance. Consistent practice is critical to long term success. CyberAcademy allow you to practice consistently anywhere you have your device. Whether you are a first responder, dispatcher, military member, or anyone who wants to be elite this CyberAcademy is for you!

CyberAcademy consists of short on demand yoga classes, with specific focus on tactical breath work, physical drills, and mindfulness exercises. Classes range from 3-90 minutes and include both audio and video options so that you can practice anywhere, no matter how much time you have. Workshops provide additional learning in yoga techniques and the benefits of yoga. Fresh classes are uploaded every other week so you will always have new classes to work with.
