I regret to express my dissatisfaction with Yetem app service. As a foreigner, I encountered a significant inconvenience as I am unable to make any electronic payments. To exacerbate matters, the app requires payment in advance via card for the delivery service. This policy has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with the overall experience.

Very disappointing experience I got my delivery after two and half hours even though the driver marked the delivery as delivered 50 minutes before I got my food....the lateness let alone was not enough the food I got was freezing cold I threw the whole food away when I call customer support they only said we will try to improve on the next order not considering the waste of Time and money(1,900 birr) they resulted me. I don't recommend this platform
