Yemeksi Kurye

Yemeksi Courier is the official delivery app developed for couriers working on the Yemeksi platform. Start your shift, pick up and deliver assigned orders, and track your earnings in real time.

KEY FEATURES

• Shift management
Start or pause your shift with a single touch. View your upcoming shift schedules from the Schedule tab.

• Instant order offers
Receive audible alerts and notifications when a new order arrives. Accept the offer, head to the restaurant, pick up the package, and deliver it to the customer.

• Directions and map
The restaurant and delivery point are shown on the map. Get directions with a single touch using your preferred navigation app (Google Maps, Apple Maps, Yandex). Building entrance and address directions are also visible.

• Earnings tracking
See your earnings for each delivery item by item: delivery fee, distance (km) compensation, peak hour bonus, and tips. Review your daily, weekly, and monthly performance from the statistics screen.

• Cash and Payment Reporting
See the balance of your cash-paid orders instantly and report the amount you paid at the end of the day along with the receipt.

• Customer and Support Communication
Chat with the customer through the app during the order process. Open a support request with the support team if there is a problem.

• Courier Application
Not yet a Yemeksi courier? Download the app, follow the "I Want to Be a Courier" step, and submit your application with your documents. Your documents are stored encrypted and used only for application evaluation.

LOCATION USAGE

The app uses your location in the background while your shift is active to assign you the closest orders and allow customers to track their orders live. Location tracking stops when your shift ends.

REQUIREMENTS

To use the app, you need a courier account approved by Yemeksi. If you don't have an account, you can submit an application through the app.
