Decided to try Basil Thai Kitchen at Northridge Mall & it was a HUGE MISTAKE. I don't write reviews but felt scammed so jus wanted to warn others. Tried a sample that seemed good & food looked ok but it actually looks ALOT better than it is. Greasy & old tasting. The Thai drink was the worst we've ever had. We actually tried to return it, or to just exchange it & the Asian older lady was rude and defensive & said NO! We spent & wasted alot of our money here & cannot trust people like this.
