2024-12-15	Sa*****	When I first started using Y Drive a year ago, it was good. I got drivers immediately. The last three times I tried to get a Y Drive, I didn't get any driver. 2 of those times I prebooked but still nobody was assigned. I was forced to take the day off of work one day because there is no access to busses where I live.

2024-12-10	Me*****	Doesn't work in Grande Prairie location anymore. Used to work. But I spent at least 30 min trying to get it to see my address. I have used this app before with no issues. Now it's glitching. I messaged the help desk, and the fb help with no solution.

2024-08-28	Se*****	Unfortunately after the latest updates this app doesn't appear to load the "where are you going?" prompt and just sits with a black dot at your location. Have reinstalled several times with no fix. Update Aug 28: App works again!

2024-07-23	Sl*****	Bad app. They switched over to a new app and screwed over their drivers, & customers. Oftentimes you'll slip through the cracks and your ride won't be accepted, this includes scheduling a ride well in advance. Hours to accept and nothing. You can schedule a pickup, and only moments before the pickup time a driver is assigned who is finishing a ride way across town. Which makes us late. There's an endless loop of ride being updated by an admin but nothing changes. Needs much improvement.

2024-06-26	Fo*****	It's a pretty useful app, don't get me wrong, but the latest update is so buggy. I prefer the way it was before, it felt much more straightforward and had little to no problems with anything. Now it takes forever to load, the layout of everything is confusing, and it's just not as good as it used to be. Definitely not reliable like it was before the update.

2024-06-13	Da*****	I've been using Ydrive since they started and I loved them. But lately I've been not as impressed. Have done pre-booked rides where nobody has as picked my request for hours, to have someone accept me and show up late. You pay more for pre-book, so you would expect that the ride would at least be on time. Don't want to try uride but that day may come.

2024-01-31	Je*****	couldn't get a hold of a cab for the life of us. Tried both companies 10 times each. Downloaded the Y Drives app, filled out personal information, and had a car there to pick us up I under 10 minutes. For less the half the price of a cab.
