User Reviews

Users value Yibzer for its time-saving features and quick service, especially for drive-thru orders. However, many have trouble installing or running the app on newer Android devices like Galaxy S20 and Pixel 6. There are frequent complaints about order issues such as missing items and refund delays. While the app works well for some and provides a smooth ordering experience on the road, inconsistent performance and poor installation on newer phones diminish overall satisfaction.

App saves time by allowing food orders ahead so that food is ready upon arrival.
Users appreciate the convenience of avoiding lines, including at drive-thrus.
Service speed is highly praised, with food delivered quickly to the car.
Works well reliably when functional, with a good user experience for ordering on the road.

Cons

App often fails to install on newer Android devices like Samsung Galaxy S20 and Google Pixel 6 (including Android 12).
Frequent order fulfillment issues noted, with missing items and delays in refunds.
Some users experience app crashes or the app disappearing from their phone.
Occasionally the app is reported as laggy and with poor user interface and experience.
Not all restaurants consistently accept or process orders through the app.

Purchased food and was missing items. Contacted the restaurant and they said the refund had to be made my this app. A week later and a few emails telling me that the refund will be issued nothing has happened. No buying anything thru this app again. Don't recomend!!!
