I have reset my password several times the app tells me login not correct. Nothing with app is working in regards to login and showing device connected

none of the automatic stat tracking works at all, besides the step counter (seems inaccurate) and possibly O2? I don't trust it. I'm on an s23, and I've tried every troubleshooting step known to man; I still have to manually check my heart rate, etc... phone calls, and SMS notifications do not work. I figured out how to change the weather to °F, but the forecast is wrong by about 10°. an annoying push notification is a prerequisite for anything to work, at all. this should have never passed QC
