My experience is horrible my watch is 11 months old my heart,o²,sleep,steps,blood pressure isn't working in bought this watch because I'm a hard working person mechanic and truck driver i emailed carbinox several times sent information and pictures I was told it's not under warranty anymore I was under the impression that a life time warranty covered everything i was told it covers the hardware that's installed and that's what's not working i was also told I abused it its perfectly clean
