Quality Time

In a world full of digital distractions, Quality Time is your mindful companion to help you stay present with the people who matter most. Whether you’re playing with your kids, sharing a family dinner, or simply unwinding together, the app helps you put your phone away and build healthier digital habits.

Instead of frustrating, rigid lockouts, Quality Time uses a “mindful friction” approach. Choose who you’re spending time with, block your biggest distractions, and track your genuine, uninterrupted moments together.

Key Features:

• Smart App Blocking: Temporarily block access to distracting apps (like social media and games) while your session is active.

• Green & Yellow Modes: Choose “Green Mode” for 100% deep focus, or “Yellow Mode” for times when you need partial reachability (e.g., keeping an eye on the kids).

• Live Activities & Dynamic Island: Keep your phone in your pocket. An elegant glance on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island gently reminds you that a session is active—no unlocking needed.

• Cheat-Free "Net Time": Need to quickly check an app anyway? Go ahead, but your session timer automatically pauses until you return. Only true, undivided time counts.

• Goals & Insightful Stats: Set weekly time goals for the special people in your life and watch your progress unfold with clean, minimalist activity rings.

• Privacy First: Your data belongs to you. All sessions, goals, and history are stored locally and securely on your device alone.
