This is a terrible exchange app, a scam in disguise just to collect people's assets and disappear.. If not what reasonable exchange lacks customers service, unable to login to the app for months till now , zero customer representative to chat with, nothing. And I've some assets in there.

I'm unable login with my credentials. It says no account found. All my assets are lost. Seems like a scam. Not able reach the customer care, worst exchange ever used.
