App Permissions
Field Marker requires the following permissions to provide its core functionality:

Storage/Files & Media (Read): Required to allow you to select and load KML and KMZ files from your device storage or cloud services.

Location (Fine/Coarse Location): Only requested and used when you explicitly tap the "locate me" button. This permission is required to center the map on your current GPS position. Your location data is never stored, recorded, or transmitted outside of your device.
