PAYscan Mobile

PAYscan Mobile extends the convenience of PAYscan approval workflows to your mobile Android device. Designed for companies using PAYscan SP10 or later (SP12 required for version 3.0.0 features), this app allows users to quickly review and approve purchase orders and invoice registers with ease. Key features include secure access to purchase orders, invoice registers, vendors, and detailed workflow and budget information. Users can utilize touchscreen gestures to validate invoice images, email or download invoices, and contact vendors directly through integrated calling, emailing, and mapping.

The app integrates fully with Yardi PAYscan SP12 or later and supports Android tablets natively. Additional functionalities such as adding photo attachments, receiving purchase order items, editing purchase orders, validating invoice registers, and viewing budget comparison reports are also included. PAYscan Mobile works seamlessly with the PAYscan dashboard, providing an efficient and cost-effective solution for streamlining accounts payable processes by converting paper invoices into electronic workflows.
