A well needed upgrade with improved functionality
Better features like reading ticket description entirely

Horribly slow and takes forever to load
Frequent crashes and login errors
Inconvenient need to uninstall and reinstall the app daily

Recent reviews

A well needed upgrade, the app was completely redone and it makes much more sense. We can now read the ticket description entirely, and there is an option in settings as to which page is the default landing page. I may go blind because of the glaring white theme, but I will be blind and happy because this app is now fuctional
