If you don't want to continue with this service, kindly close and remove it from play store and stop leading people on. How is it on me to enforce others to use your services, people who need it will eventually find it if you provide the best services. I wouldn't have minded waiting on queue but the fact that no matter how long you wait, days, weeks, months, nothing changes shows a high level of disregard for your customers. If not, I need to give a star to comment, you shouldn't be getting any.

This one of the most disappointing banking service I've had the misfortune to come across. Their customer service is pathetic. The live chat immediately causes the app to close and on WhatsApp if you try the text them, they only respond if they feel like it or after 5-7 hours, sometimes even in the middle of the night and if you don't reply with 5 mins, the chat is closed! 👏🏽👏🏽 I would recommend everyone to click away from this app.
