Incredibly convenient for managing accounts and keeping up with your spending, if you need help with anything, the first page to log in has a button that opens a page you can call from, or look at information about the app and bank.

No bill pay. It's always having technical difficulties. No one answers chat. Ever and you can't use zelle or easy money transfer apps. Poor service and frequent issues. About to drop this bank
