The Quran Memorization Trainer app helps you memorize the Holy Quran, or a portion of it, in a practical way: You read the passage, it is then hidden from you, and you write it from memory. The app then shows you exactly where you made a mistake.

◆ How it works

Choose the surah, the first verse, and the last verse. This creates a "memorization lesson" that is saved with its name, recitation, reciter, and your recordings.

Set the memorization time in minutes as you wish. When the time is up, the text disappears automatically. You can hide or show the text at any time.

Write the verses from memory, then press "Check." The app compares what you wrote to the approved text, circles incorrect words in red, and tells you the number of correct, incorrect, and missing words. The comparison includes everything except the shaddah (doubling mark), which is calculated.

◆ Eight Recitations

Hafs from Asim, Shu'bah from Asim, Warsh from Nafi', Qalun from Nafi', Al-Duri from Abu Amr, Al-Susi from Abu Amr, Al-Bazzi from Ibn Kathir, and Qunbul from Ibn Kathir.

All texts are from the King Fahd Complex for Printing the Holy Qur'an, exactly as they were received without any alteration. Each recitation has its own unique script, which is used for the text, so it appears as in the printed Qur'an, not as it appears in ordinary telephone fonts.

◆ Verse-by-Verse Recitation

Listen to the recitation of the passage verse by verse. The verse being recited will be highlighted, and your eyes will follow the audio. There is also an option to repeat the entire passage.

Multiple reciters are available for each narration, including: Mahmoud Khalil Al-Husari, Muhammad Siddiq Al-Minshawi, Abdul Basit Abdul Samad, Mishary Al-Afasy, Yassin Al-Jazairi, Ibrahim Al-Dosari, Ali Al-Hudhaifi, Abdul Rashid Sufi, Akasha Kamini, and Al-Dukali Muhammad Al-Alam.

The audio is downloaded only once, then works offline.

◆ Record Your Memorization

Record your recitation during the same lesson and listen to it whenever you like. The recordings are saved with their dates until you delete them, allowing you to track your progress over time.

◆ Search the Entire Quran

Type words from a verse—no need to add diacritics or write the full word—and it will display all the places where it appears in the entire Quran.

Below, under "Similar Verses," are verses similar to what you typed. These are often the places where mistakes are made in memorization, so seeing them gathered before you is better than discovering them later. ◆ Free of Charge

The app is completely free. There are no ads, no subscriptions, no accounts, no logins, and nothing is locked. All narrations, reciters, and features are available without any payment.

This is a voluntary effort for the sake of God Almighty, and to benefit those who wish to memorize the Book of God. It includes an optional screen for those who wish to contribute to its upkeep and maintenance, without requiring any activation.

◆ Your Privacy

The app does not collect any information about you. Your lessons and recordings remain solely on your device and are not sent to any server. The only thing that connects to the internet is the downloading of the reciter's recitation.
