But with a big help from Support Member Robert I finally managed this app to start working on my phone and it's very good with my daily life. I knew this app earlier because my husband used this before. Thank you very much 😀

2023-08-18	Gr*****	Update! This company has gone bust! Aug 18th 2023. I will put the names of the ex directors up on this page soon. it's now stopped again and no reply from the help line in last five days. Having said all that, they do replace without argument and they are very pleasant once they do get round to a reply. WED 21st JUNE UPDATE Still no reply after nearly two weeks. To say that this is disappointing is an understatement. Glitches and now this lack of help means I can't recommend at all.

2023-03-24	St*****	Permissions. It is quite unacceptable that the App, which I use to monitor BP, HR and Sp02, will not operate without access to the camera or location services. This is intrusive and violates choices of privacy. It brings an otherwise good service into disrepute. I won't be posting photos and if I turn off location simply stop calculating Sport or Steps or whatever. OUR CHOICE.

2022-11-21	ga*****	Dissappointed at the depth this potentially super device fails to achieve. Having a Kardia Mobile I have seen what a primo app can be. Xwrist has no data export and this isolation blunts its possible use to a pretty toy. integration is the holy grail of health care. It Needs to export to google fit minimum. Until then it will be of little help as a fitness / heath aid. Such a shame that its potential is so badly capitalised upon.

Disadvantages: Fonts are too small (you really have to focus) and often text is difficult to read due odd decisions of text color and background color (especially in the 'Settings' area'). Most disappointment: No ways to export your own data (so far I did not find something in the app). So, still I give 4 stars

Tends to insist that I've had 11+ hours of sleep & I wouldn't rely on it for diagnosis, but, mostly, it's good. The plastic band is stiff to begin with & I worry that ir'll slacken off too far one day, but it's surprisingly comfortable:03Mat22 - needs reliable wifi to work properly.
