2022-12-09	Cr*****	App keeps rebooting everytime I go to save a task. Uninstalling and reinstalling, or deleting the cache does not work. Not a great experience when compared to a couple years ago.

2022-10-22	Ri*****	I have only one problem. Waiting for it to communicate across the internet, especially in areas with weak signal. It makes you wait for each process instead of letting you continue to add information while it communicates in the background. If it needed to make me wait at the very end before I close the service, at least I wouldn't be waiting at every step along the way and could still be getting work done. I would not recommend this app for anybody

2022-09-22	Jo*****	Delete and reinstall... the same issue as so many others. It seems to get stuck at the loading screen often. Force stop does nothing and no option to clear cache and start over. Delete and reinstall seems to be SOP but that is unacceptable from a tool I have to use daily

2022-07-24	K *****	Agree with many other reviewers. This app is nowhere near up to par. Regularly delete and re install for it to function without freezing. Also have had multiple sync situations where I have closed work orders or done expenses and it doesn't sync regardless of wifi or cellular status being strong or week. I hope my company reconsiders this joke of an app that in theory could be functional and user friendly.

We are continuously blown away with the flexibility it provides at the price-point. Nowadays, the mobile app is solid. TrackVia's mobile team has resolved many of the issues that plagued earlier versions (namely surrounding offline mode). They've also added FasTrack which is a neat machine learning feature for citizen developers. Deployment and management is also a breeze. We always recommend using an MDM like Intune to manage TrackVia mobile deployments at scale. The app supports SAML SSO, so the login experience is the same as employees using their desktop & laptop. You will literally have to delete it and re-download it every couple of weeks because the app will just stay on the start loading screen and even when it does work it barely works and you have to have perfect internet or it won't upload anything at all and it doesn't keep the photos you just took so if it doesn't upload properly you will have to take the photo again and try to upload it again. It's more of a waste of time then anything.
