no manual came with my light strip and when I try to connect them to the app it doesn't work and stays on one color. I have no idea how to enter pairing mode and it doesn't have a controller since I had to download this stupid app. now it doesn't connect

Garbage product! They didn't even give any QR code and app is asking for QR code to connect! Took me an hour to install and costed $25 and I could of got it online for the same price and remote also included! This is absolutely ridiculous!! I can't even connect to the app since they gave no QR code!
