How to benefit

To benefit from the various opportunities aforementioned as a service user/customer; first download the “x-tra user” app from google play store or log on to our website, www.xtrataxi.com and complete the registration process following the steps below:

o Download “x-tra user” app from google play store and complete registration process.
o Log on to the system and follow prescribed steps as advised.
o During the registration process, a verification code would be sent to customer’s mobile telephone line to verify phone number, followed by email verification. A code would be sent to customer’s email address for verification also.
o After the verification process is completed online, the x-tra user app screen would be enabled so that customer is able to view and order services as needed. Customer is required to provide debit card information in the course of registration to facilitate transactions.

How to request for services

Booking from x-tra App:
To request for services, the customer is required to indicate pick-up location and destination in the appropriate fields. Then; customer chooses service type/option, preferred mode of payment, and pick-up time (if not immediate). Thereafter, driver arrives and trip/delivery/etc. is conducted. On completion of a trip, user/customer makes payment through any of the following channels:
o Debit card
o Cash
o Internet banking to designated x-tra account as provided by authorized customer service representative.
