The app removes the uncertainty from device testing by combining automated hardware checks with a structured physical inspection process. This ensures every device is evaluated consistently, generating a reliable grading score every time.

Automated Hardware Diagnostics The application runs targeted tests on essential device components. This includes verifying the functionality of sensors, biometrics, audio systems (microphone and speaker), display output, battery health, and network connectivity.

Guided Physical Inspection A step-by-step questionnaire guides the inspector through a visual check of the device. You can accurately log the condition of the screen, housing, buttons, and ports to ensure no cosmetic or physical detail is missed.

QR Code Scanning & Visual Evidence Speed up data entry by scanning device QR codes. The app also allows you to capture and attach photos of any physical damage directly to the assessment report, providing necessary visual evidence for your records.

Calculated Grading Score By aggregating the results of the automated tests and the manual visual inspection, the app calculates a final, weighted device score. This provides an immediate, standardized grade for the device.

Centralized Reporting All inspection data and attached photos are securely synced to the XtraCover backend. This allows your team to access grading histories, manage inventory, and pull detailed reports from a centralized dashboard.
