The app is super easy to use, the staff works with you every step of the way and the instructors are hardworking and help you think about what YOU personally need to get where YOU personally want to be. Big time recommend.

2023-10-10	Ri*****	Studio is great. App sucks The app constantly logs me out. It's an app on MY phone. Why do I need to login more than 1x. It also consistently tells me I'm offline, when I have full service, only solution is closing out the app completely and starting over. If rather use the website if I have to login and restart the app... please fix.

2023-09-03	Ja*****	Edit: Update released fixed this issue. Thank you! Love Cyclebar - but unsure if the app itself had a new update? My app keeps crashing, is unable to open (even after uninstalling and reinstalling, trying different Internet options), and even sends repetitive notifications that the app has stopped when I'm not trying to open it. Can look at my schedule and add classes though the website which is good.

2022-03-02	Fa*****	I like the classes and the app functionality for booking classes is fine. however when it comes to reporting activities, it falls short. the activity report is ok but the problem is that many of my classes/activities do not sync and do not show up in the app. maybe it's not an app issue and it is connectivity/networking issue in Berkeley where I take classes. but it's frustrating. pls get it fixed.

(Also the app is always signing me out, so I always have to manually sign in when I do want to use it- super annoying). 3 stars since the app itself is very useful to schedule classes and check stats/your performance after a class. I also love that it syncs with classes I sign up for via ClassPass.

2021-01-31	Ti*****	It's been over 9 yrs since I've been in any type of gym setting. To say I was nervous is an understatement but everybody was so warm welcoming helpful and understanding. The instructors I've had are beyond motivational not just in your physical goals but also mentally and emotionally as well. I adore taking class with Tori and I don't know if I could go back to starting Saturdays without Emily she is beyond amazing.

2021-01-07	Ke*****	I can't speak to the scheduling piece as I've only used the app for CycleBar Go, but the streaming still needs some work. It doesn't let me cast to my tv, which is pretty inconvenient, instead I'm just deleting the app and logging in through the website which does allow the streaming content to be cast.

2020-11-11	Tr*****	I saw the advertisements on Facebook. The action shots of the cyclists and studio lights flashing all around were enough to get my attention. The timing is perfect especially when I found out that I'm pre-diabetic. Excited because I'm making some changes and I'm around others who have similar goals which include fitness and fun.

There seems to be no way to contact the franchiser so here's the problem, also identified by others: the app returns a persistent response 'no connection - connection to server failed"' when attempting to use app requiring unistalling and reinstalling app followed by working properly a few times followed by 'no connection' followed by uninstalling app and reinstalling app followed by working a few tines followed by ......

2020-02-08	A *****	I had an initial problem signing up with cycle bar as another location in a different state had a similar location name and the out of state location started contacting me about rides. After that was resolved a ride I wasn't signed up said I attended it on the app, and the stats were nowhere close to the ones from previous and free rides I was at home when that ride occurred. My last ride stats aren't even showing and on the leaderboard I was #1 at the end of class. It's just frustrating.
