Cons

Frequent login issues including PIN and password not being accepted, with unclear or missing reset options.
Draft observations saved on one device cannot be accessed or edited on another or via the web, limiting flexibility.
App glitching, crashing, and requiring frequent uninstall/reinstall, leading to poor user experience.
Annoying repetitive requests for password entry within the app, degrading usability.
Problems with displaying full observation data, such as missing attendance info and inability to record new entries.

Recent reviews

I have been locked out of the app. I have been using a pin for nearly two years, and now the app won't accept my pin. I now have to use a ridiculously long password for the first time. I'm not happy at all about this.

Some of the features in this app is not functional in all devices or web...when you save an observation on one device as a draft and saved it you cannot open it on another device or a Web version to edit later. This is not effective for educators when planning.
