Deliverers will then submit counter offers, and the customer may choose the offer that is most convenient for them. Once the offer is accepted, both the customer and deliverer will confirm the delivery details.

Payment for the delivery will be held with RelaY until the package has been successfully delivered and the customer is satisfied with the service provided. At that point, the funds will be released to the deliverer. This process is designed to ensure that our deliverers are motivated to provide high-quality service and that our customers have a positive experience.
