It's a very unfortunate thing that you don't have a refund option in your app. Today as a student without knowledge i lost my 61.95 rupees which is a very big amount to me. When I asked the team for a refund they were telling me that it was my mistake carelessly.

They have imposed an app on customers who come to just buy coffee. Will not visit again.

🤮The staff is very friendly, but the actual cafe experience is a disaster. The entire buying procedure is frustrating, confusing, and painfully slow. Once inside, the vibe and feeling of the place are incredibly uncomfortable and uninviting. Worst of all, they use extremely cheap, low-quality materials for their food and drinks. It is a shame because the employees are genuinely nice, but management is failing them with a terrible system and awful ingredients. Absolute waste of money. pls dont go
