Xolace: AI Mood & Feelings

Most people aren't okay; they're just not sure what's wrong.

Open Xolace, write what's here, and AI names the feeling with more precision than you found yourself.

"There's a weight in your chest, like you've been carrying something you haven't said out loud yet."

That's the moment. Most apps ask you to track emotions you've already named. Xolace finds the words with you.

WHAT HAPPENS IN A SESSION
• Answer "What's here right now?" write freely or tap texture words
• Read or listen to the AI reflection (1-3 sentences that name what you're carrying)
• Choose your path: a quiet exercise, anonymous peer perspectives, or simply close knowing you were heard

Sessions take 3–8 minutes. No feed. No one watching.

KINDLING: A FEW NEXT STEPS, READY FOR YOU
When a session shows you could use more, Xolace quietly puts together a Kindling, a few next steps chosen for you, like a track from Vessa, a breathing exercise, or a chat with a Xolacer. It's waiting on Today whenever you're ready to tend it.

VESSA: MUSIC AND AUDIO TO SIT WITH
Vessa is Xolace's audio library, browsable by topic, for when you need something to listen to rather than something to say.

TALK TO A REAL PERSON
Some nights the fire isn't enough. Xolacers are trained peers who've offered to listen, never therapists, and every screen says so.
• Browse the roster: who's there, what they listen to, how others rated them
• Send a request; nothing is sent until they accept
• One-to-one, text-only conversations, private to the two of you
• Block or report anyone, from any profile or any thread
• Offer to listen yourself; Just reach out to the team through any of our channels

PRIVACY BY DESIGN
Your emotional data is separated from your identity at the infrastructure level. No ads. No data sales. Anonymous contributions are structurally disconnected from your account.

WHAT XOLACE IS NOT
Not therapy or crisis support; if you're in danger, please contact a crisis line.
Not an AI companion; the mirror reflects and exits. Every time.
Xolacers are peers, not licensed professionals, and cannot provide clinical care.

For the moments when something is here, and you can't name it yet.
