I was able to connect it at first but had disconnected to make sure. Now when I try to connect it again it says authentication error so I'm confused on what to do now.

the entire time I've owned the MX lightstick (6 months) this app hasn't worked. every time I try to connect it the app crashes. my seventeen lightstick connects to their app just fine, only the monsta x app isn't working!
