Many users find Xero Verify improves login security, and a subset consider it handy and easy to use. However, recurrent issues dominate: authentication often fails, codes don’t work or don’t sync across devices, and QR-based setup can be troublesome. The app also enforces a separate MFA device and restricts using preferred 2FA apps, which increases friction. Support is frequently hard to reach. Overall, the app is security-forward but plagued by reliability and setup problems that hinder everyday use.

Annoying! Every single time you log in you have to chase your phone to verify its you. Should be a trusted device if you tick the stupid box they provide . 😡 Never had these problems with MYOB that I was using for over 20 years. Change is obviously not for the better.
