I been using this app for like a week now, ain't honestly missed a couple them days to run it cause work, but real life, with just the few days I have ran it, I have noticed a increase of traffic on the websites I used it on. I have like 5 websites and have used it only on two, them two are the ones who got the traffic I noticed. Awesome app.
