It's really bad because you get orders after orders and you can't see the address you have to deliver to.

The support. Is SO bad. They are even complaining about how bad the app is. Everything about it doesn't work. You are standing in the snow waiting for an average of 40 mns till the customer sits back on their job and tells you I'll figure it out. Yet the figure nothing. Yesterday I stayed 5 hours with out support for a closed supermarket until they realized it. Very far from an app 101 basics.

I had issue using this app. I application status, GPS disable. I want to fix this issue. My phone is HONOR 200 lite. It's have all functions app requested.Tazz team. Please advise me.

It is just a poorly created app, has a lot of small bugs and a lot of unnecessary moves in it, just making the work experience horrible. Doesn't recommend. Not just app.

Tazz does not provide a correct answer to the problems that arise while using the app. Orders are automatically refused. I did select google map? I text many time but customer support didn't contact me not on phone number and not on email.. In the gps map selection i didn't have option for google map.. Only waze map works. And i don't like waze please help. Me. Or. Make your app compatible for Motorola phones for google maps pls

I have been working as a courier for Tazz, and this app is beyond frustrating. It's 2024, and yet this app doesn't even have the basic functionality to notify you when a new order is assigned! How are couriers supposed to know this has happened if the app stays completely silent? We don't have eyes on the phone 24/7 while driving or biking! This is basic app design 101, but apparently, the developers skipped that class.

Right now tazz is good but you need more then upgrade like when restaurant accept tazz order. After 10 to 15 minutes, the order should be placed in the rider's account. Then the rider does not have to go and stand.Then i give you 5 Star.
