I'm following all the instructions of keeping it to 8 characters including at least one capital letter, 1 small letter, 1 numeric, and 1 special character. I've done all of the above and it still says password invalid. My dentist just started using you guys And now I can't prescreen because I can't get this damn app to work and I have an appointment in a week.

2020-09-02	Ma*****	This app has a critical flaw. I can book appointments and complete screening documents, but notifications are not working. To make matters worse, if I want see if I have received a message from my dentist's office, I need to navigate to appointments, then view the relevant appointment, then go to "message the provider", all on the off-chance that I have received a message. Also, when my appointment was re-booked, the time and date were not updated in-app.
