ProMessage

Your company's customer service doesn't stop when you leave your desk. With ProMessage — Customer Service, each team member carries the central system in their pocket: conversations from your connected channels arrive in real time, with notifications the moment a customer calls.

MADE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDERS

• Truly real-time — messages appear the instant they are sent, in the app and browser, always synchronized.

• Queue under control — see what's waiting, take over conversations, transfer to a colleague or department, and finalize with a history.

• Complete conversation — photos, videos, documents, and audio; record voice messages directly in the app.

• Smart notifications — each call alerts only the team responsible for it. Less noise, more focus.

• Start in one place, continue in another — calls started on the computer continue on the mobile phone without losing anything.

IMPORTANT: THIS APP IS AN EXTENSION OF THE PROMESSAGE PLATFORM

This application is the mobile companion to the ProMessage call center (app.promessage.com.br) and is designed for teams already using the platform. An active account created on the website is required to log in—it is not possible to create accounts through the app.

Not familiar with ProMessage yet? The platform brings together multi-agent support, campaigns, automations with visual workflows, and artificial intelligence all in one place. Learn more at app.promessage.com.br and try it free for 14 days.
