MeetPlanner: Time Zones

MeetPlanner helps a distributed team agree on a meeting time without doing the time zone maths in your head. Add each participant and the city they work from, set your working hours, and MeetPlanner scores every hour of the day to find the slot that keeps the most people inside their working window with nobody asleep.

Add up to eight participants from a searchable list of cities worldwide. Every time is daylight saving aware for the date you choose, so the offsets are always right.

The overlap timeline shows each participant as a colour-coded band: solid for working hours, amber for the hour either side, faded when they are off, and red when they would be asleep. A live marker shows the current moment across every zone, and you can switch between a 12-hour and 24-hour clock at any time.

Tap any column to lock a slot, then save the meeting with a name so you can reopen it later, or share a clean summary that lists each person's exact local time. Every calculation runs fully on your device, with no account, no ads and no tracking.
