This app was developed to support those undertaking the Shikoku 88 Temple Pilgrimage, founded by Kobo Daishi (Kukai).

You can easily and personally record the magnificent journey of approximately 1200km around Shikoku using your smartphone.

Main Features and How to Use

1. Checking Temple Information

The "Temple List" allows you to view the addresses, descriptions, and maps of temples 1 through 88. The distance from your current location is automatically calculated, so use it as a guide for your next destination.

2. Recording Visits and Registering Visits

By pressing the "Record Visit" button on each temple's details screen, the icon on the list and map will turn green, allowing you to see your pilgrimage progress at a glance.

3. Saving Memories

You can take and save photos of the temple scenery and grounds with your camera. A dedicated "Goshuin" (temple stamp) photo frame is also available. Create your own digital pilgrimage notebook.

4. Utilizing the Visit Notes

You can freely leave notes about the weather on the day of your visit, your impressions, and information about delicious restaurants you found nearby. The data is securely saved on your device.
