Biggest complaint is that notifications no longer work. Also not all account information is visible, such as payment info. Also, cross source notifications are not synchronized. If I send a Wyzant message from one computer, I see a new message indicator on other computers and the app (when opened), even though the only "new message" is the one I sent from another source. Also how long it takes to fix reported problems is really bad. It's been years since I mentioned notifications no longer work.

It'd be 5 stars if the notifications worked. I like being able to quickly review things on this app but the messages take multiple attempts to load, quickly lose connection, and never send notifications to my phone. The only way I know when students message me is because I have email notifications turned on.
