The Wynford Portal puts everything you need from your strata in one calm, organized place.

Built for owners and residents of strata corporations managed by Wynford Realty Group Ltd., the app gives you a single place to find your documents, check your account, and stay in touch with your strata manager — from any device, at any hour.

Access is limited to residents of Wynford-managed properties. Sign-in is required on every screen.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Documents
Open bylaws, notices, building reports, and council meeting minutes from a single document library. Search by name and browse by folder, backed by SharePoint.

Account ledger
Review strata fee charges, payments, and your current balance. Transactions are grouped by date for easy reading on a phone, and you can export a PDF copy for your records or your accountant.

Events
See upcoming strata events on a calendar, including council meetings, AGMs, and building activities relevant to your property.

Contact your strata team
Use a guided contact form to reach the right Wynford team — Accounts Receivable, Records, your Strata Manager, or another department — so your message gets to the correct desk the first time.

Profile and emergency contacts
Keep your mailing address, phone numbers, and emergency contact information current. If you own units in more than one Wynford-managed strata, you can switch between properties from a single sign-in.

Pre-authorized payments and one-time payment requests
Enrol in pre-authorized payments by submitting a VOID cheque, or request a one-time payment through the portal. The app itself does not process card payments; your strata's finance team handles the request from there.

Council tools
Residents who serve on their strata council have additional options, including council and resident contact lists, correspondence reports, and the ability to post notices, documents, and events for their building. These tools are visible only to council members.

Designed for everyday use
The portal works on phones, tablets, and desktop browsers, and can be installed as a Progressive Web App with a lightweight offline screen for when a connection drops. Access is available around the clock.

PRIVACY AND ACCESS

The Wynford Portal is a private, authenticated service for current Wynford residents and council members. Sign-in is handled through Microsoft Entra ID. Your information is only available to you, your authorized co-owners, and the Wynford staff who support your property.

A NOTE ON EMERGENCIES

The portal is not a replacement for direct contact in an emergency. For urgent building issues outside business hours, please use the after-hours line provided by our office.
