BFT-Rechner Chrome Extension

BFT-Rechner is designed for easy and precise evaluation of performance in the Basic Fitness Test (BFT). This extension helps users assess key physical attributes including endurance, strength, speed, and coordination through standardized tests such as the 11 x 10 meter sprint, the Klimmhang (pull-up hang) held for at least 5 seconds, and a 1000-meter run or a 3000-meter bicycle ergometer test (FET).

The tool calculates results based on completion times and durations against set performance thresholds (e.g., 11 x 10m sprint in 60 seconds, 1000m run in 6 minutes 30 seconds). Scores are adjusted using a points system that considers age and gender differences to provide personalized performance insights. BFT-Rechner simplifies fitness assessment for recruitment processes and personal fitness tracking with clear, easy-to-understand outputs.
