2021-04-03	St*****	UPDATE 4/2021 App has been nicely improved since 2019 when I originally tried it. Easy to access info on my various policies (auto, home, umbrella), has necessary info on each. Allows payment via app (I've not used). Does require separate app for auto road service, but once you log in to that it's clear as well. Good job creating a useful insurance app! (I originally complained about the app registration and setup. Didn't need to setup, so didn't see, but developer reports major updates too.

2020-06-20	je*****	Like the website it is unable to verify my policy number and repeatedly says it does not exist. I only hope if I ever get in a accident it does not say the same thing. I wonder if the people getting my money exist.😬

2020-02-11	A *****	If you have 45 minutes to throw away you can try to register. Didn't work for me and I had the policy info in front of me. Also, you will need to click back through every month you have lived, which is enlightening. It's the only way to change your date of birth. I just hope I never to to use this insurance company. If their service is like this App I'm going to be very dissatisfied. Jeeze. It's 2020 guys.

2019-08-04	A *****	If you touch the year when entering date of birth you can just scroll back very quickly. Otherwise no problems with app. Also you have to enter everything exactly as it is on policy.

2019-07-16	A *****	Does not work. There is no quick way to get to your birth year, you have to thumb backwards for a while if you are older, as I am. And it would be nice for your effective date of policy to already be attached when you have created a succefull account.
