1. Add a QR code to your Shopify "Gift card created" email template
2. Invite staff to the GiftScan app by email — no shared passwords or PINs
3. At the counter: scan, confirm the amount, redeem

Redemptions debit the customer's real Shopify gift card balance directly through Shopify's official Admin API, so balances and history stay in sync everywhere you sell.
