2025-01-11	Ab*****	I recommend avoiding this platform. Based on my experience, I ordered a skin for a 13-inch MacBook Air, but they sent a skin for the 16-inch model instead. Additionally, they don't offer any return or replacement options through their app.

2025-01-04	Ja*****	The experience was owsum. I ordered skin for my mac and it was exactly same as shown in the catalog. And the "easy to apply" phrase is real for sure. And all the skins are under the budget.

I bought 3 skins in which 2 were were custom and the third skin was the wrong skin due to my lack of information but i contacted them and asked them for a exchange and the response of customer support was undeniably good and fast, overall wrapcart is really good and passionate about their work and it's product are worth the money. Definitely recommended for buying skins ❤️

2024-11-24	Ga*****	I ordered one laptop skin but i received different model laptop skin and different varient, i raised 🤚 complaint but i didn't get proper resolution. Wrapcart product prices are too expensive but still we have to face problems from the customer team, because they are not giving proper resolutions.

2024-11-14	At*****	The customer support experience has been terrible. I received a damaged product, and when I informed customer care, they assured me a replacement would be sent within 48 hours. However, after two days, I had to contact them again and re-explain the entire issue. Once more, they promised the replacement would be dispatched within 48 hours. This process has been going on for over a week, yet they still haven't dispatched the replacement skin.

This not what i have expected from an e-commerce site popular like wrapcart. Atleast any kind of information should be provided to me. No order Update No Refund. Zero stars for the customer support!
