1. Buggy app. 2. Seems not to sync between any updates done within the app vs when done in person by the admin staff (I have upgraded to a 12 contract term and the app is still not allowing me to set up make up classes.) 3. Billing - need to check if they are charging you correctly! If you sign up for a contract it should be cheaper but it's still not charging it correctly. As it's a direct debit, the pain of getting a refund is hard work.
